Job Description

Greetings from Myvizo!We are looking for candidates with minimum 2 years of experience as an Accounts executive.Job Location: Kalbadevi (Masjid/CST)Salary: 15000/- to 25000/- (depending upon the candidates)Experience: 2yrs to 5yrsJob description:

  • Maintenance of books of accounts in Tally.
  • Maintaining and Reconciliation of day book, employees, vendors account ledgers.
  • Assist in Accounts Receivables Statements & Reports.
  • Ensure all banking related tasks are being done.
  • Ascertaining timely filing of Tax returns/Tax Audits, TDS returns and strict adherence to compliance.
  • Assist in preparation of the tax returns, audit process
  • Assist in Accounting Management of day to day Accounting work & statutory books of accounts as well as financial statements including Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Cash Flow Statement.
  • Handling invoicing and tracking the details and reports further.
