Job Description

Position: AccountsExecutives (Project Finance)

  • To oversee accounts payable function and monitoring/approving vendors payments mainly projects related bills and to ensure timely disbursements. In-depth knowledge about GST provisions relevant to capex projects.
  • To control and co-ordinate with location projects / finance team to ensure rigorous monitoring of status of the projects, identifying bottlenecks, issues and periodical reporting to management. Need based travelling to projects sites/plants to coordinate and interactions with locations projects/finance team/corporate office.
  • Involvements in project finance and commercial functions encompassing analysis of tenders, price negotiation, payment terms and other commercial terms and conditions.
  • Capitalisation of projects, analysing profitability and expected returns and preparing necessary action plan for resolving the issues and improving the returns.
  • Involvement in monthly book closure, day to day plant accounting and compilations of MIS etc for statutory reporting and management reporting.
Required Candidate profileKey Competencies / Skills:
  • 2-4 years, Preferably in a project engineering company. Should have worked on Bill passing, data entry, Reconciliation, TDS deduction, GST, Bill passing, data-entry, Reconciliation, TDS deduction, GST
  • Knowledge and hands on experience of Tally ERP
  • Expertise in Excel, word & Power Point.
  • Timely and effective reporting
  • Male candidates preferably from Bandra, Andheri, BKC, Kurla, Sion, Lower Parel preferred.
