Job Description

Looking for Sr. Accounts Receivable and Payable Executive for Goregaon location.Position:Executive / Senior Executive Accounts Payables & Receivables.Department: Accounts and FinanceJob Profile and Responsibilities:

  1. Post entries for vendor bills and customer invoices
  2. Reconciliation of internal ledgers with bank statements on a monthly basis
  3. Maintain up to date entries of invoices without backlog
  4. Review invoices against goods receipt note (GRN) and purchase orders
  5. Flag any unusual items and discrepancies in invoices
  6. Prepare and process payments via RTGS/NEFT and cheques
  7. Prepare weekly reports to track status of vendor payments and customer dues
  8. Correspond with vendors to resolve any payment inquires or discrepancies
Candidate Profile:
  1. 3-4 years of experience in maintaining accounts for Payables/Receivables
  2. Previous experience working with an ERP system
  3. Graduate B.Com degree from reputed and recognized University in India
  4. Must have experience in Manufacturing / chemical industry.
