ADMIN CUM LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST Admin cum Lead generation Specialist Designation - Lead Generation Specialist Job Location - Marol, Andheri, Mumbai, India, Asia Pacific. Job Purpose - Design / Proposal Engineer would be responsible for providing the winning proposals to sales team for HOLLOW FIBER UF Membranes. Job Description An exciting new role is created to support the sales team by providing the winning UF proposals as well as managing back office Marketing and tele sales. This would be a techno commercial role wherein candidate would be responsible for making proposals as well as for tele sales in the designated region. This would be a good opportunity for candidate to learn & contribute to the growth of business. Candidate would also be responsible for providing technical inputs on upstream processes while designing the UF system. The detailed responsibilities would include: Ultrafiltration System designing & providing the winning UF proposal using Aquabrane Membranes to OEMs. Techno commercial evaluation of competitive proposals & accordingly provide the value proposition for Aquabrane Membranes Lead generation by tele calling and mass mailing. Talking to customer for technical discussion, price negotiations, order follow ups, etc. Supporting Sales Team to close the order. Attending negotiation meetings if needed. Managing the proposal process for UF system from deal qualification to deal finalization. Basic & detail design of UF Systems including capex &opex; calculations, if required. Working closely with sales team to maintain up to date record of all the enquiries including win /lose data. Site Visit for review of UF systems & data collection, if required. Running Pilot Plant to establish performance data, if required. Qualifications / Requirements Graduate in Chemical / Mechanical or related science field with 1 - 3 years of experience in waste water system designing. Language Proficiency English, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi. South India language is a must. Experience indesign of Ultrafiltration Systems. Knowledge of water & waste water treatment processes, chemistry & design calculations. Expertise is Application, Design & Engineering of Small to Midsize Ultrafiltration Systems. Complete understanding of design of water treatment systems. Should have basic market knowledge around competition & their design basis including but not limited to P&ID;, Flux, Recovery, Operation & other design parameters. ,
