As the Administrative Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by managing registrations, quotations, logistics, and providing exceptional customer service.Responsibilities:
    1. Registrations Management:
      • Handle and process registrations efficiently.
      • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of registrations.
      • Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information.
    1. Quotations:
      • Prepare and send quotations in a timely manner.
      • Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate pricing.
      • Follow up with clients to answer queries and secure approvals.
    1. Logistics:
      • Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, and shipments.
      • Work closely with vendors and carriers to ensure timely delivery.
      • Troubleshoot and resolve any logistics issues that may arise.
    1. Customer Service:
      • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns.
      • Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients.
      • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
    1. Documentation:
      • Maintain organized and comprehensive records for all transactions.
      • Generate reports as needed for management review.
      • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
    Qualifications:
    • Proven experience in administrative roles with a focus on registrations, quotations, logistics, and customer service.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
    • Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
    Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
