    • Project Role Description :Lead the definition, design and documentation of technical environments. Deploy solution architectures, conduct analysis of alternative architectures, create architectural standards, define processes to ensure conformance with standards, institute solution-testing criteria, define a solutions cost of ownership, and promote a clear and consistent business vision through technical architectures.

    • Job Requirements :
        • Key Responsibilities : Day-to-day L2/L3 related BAU tasks Providing RCA for the incidents raised Implement/Upgradation infrastructure - Build and install computer infrastructure, which encompasses hardware, servers, and virtual machines, using a VMware environment such as vSphere Performing Maintenance of the vSphere infrastructure Critical/Scheduled Patching Hardware, firmware and driver upgrade Automations Identify deploy possible areas of automation Create Documentation
        • Technical Experience : Lenovo Flex Chassis and blade system Management and Hardware operations Flex Switch configuration Management VMWare VSphere Administration ESXI, VCenter Management SRM Management 80 or Above VRealize Automation Orchestration VRA VRO VROPs Reporting Monitoring Networking knowledge
        • Professional Attributes : Understanding of storage Understanding of Windows, Linux systems Understanding of scripting languages, Ansible, Powershell etc Knowledge of monitoring tools Icinga, New Relic, Grafana
        • Educational Qualification : University Graduate degree
      • Additional Information : Knowledge of ITSM tools like Service Now, SIMA, HPSM ITIL Foundation certification preferred
