We are an 8 years young company and growing both in India and globally. The Adobe Analytics Expert will provide business analysis and support to our key clients across their online properties. You should have front-end engineering skills, a passion for web analytics, knowledge of tag management, an understanding of best practices and demonstrable real-world enterprise implementation experience. Responsibilities Work with customers to understand their business objectives and translate into analytics integration and technology strategy and requirements. Assist customers in project implementation, mainly in product expertise but also in Project management when necessary, development, testing and training. Contribute in delivering Adobe Analytics projects along with creation of product implementation/customization plans. Using the Digital Measurement Framework as guide, oversee the implementation and usage of the Digital Analytics Platform to collect data required by Product Owners, LOBs and other stakeholders Act as key technical support for internal users of Tag Management System and Digital Analytics Platform, troubleshooting and dealing with Vendor Support teams when required Define analytics Quality Assurance and testing activities to ensure accurate and efficient data collection Guide key stakeholders in the appropriate implementation and validation of new tagging requirements and fixes, and ensure existing tracking remains intact Administer Adobe Tag Management System for Clients digital properties, validate and debug analytics implementation issues Pilot and implement new functionality on clients digital properties Works closely with Sales, Pre-sales and Support to ensure smooth handover. Requirements Experience implementing web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Site Catalyst/ Omniture/ Adobe Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics Premium/360. Experience with Tag Management tools such as Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager (DTM) or Google Tag Manager. Familiarity with front end SPA frameworks such as Angular and React preferred. Deep understanding of the DOM and the page loading lifecycle (familiar with synchronous versus asynchronous loading). Deep understanding of HTTP and Web APIs (consuming REST and SOAP APIs). Proven experience in enterprise application within a J2EE environment including Java Server Pages, and related technologies. Strong skills in SQL and database design, XML and Java script. Good presentation and customer facing skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills Marketing domain knowledge could be a strong nice to have capabilities.
