Job Description Position: Advocate (From Solicitor Firm Real Estate Law firm Only) Experience: 2-3 years Industry: Prior work at Solicitor Firm Real Estate Law firm will be an advantage and would be highly preferred Key Skills Required: -Knowledge of Real Estate Laws governing Maharashtra; -Drafting Leave License Agreements Tenancy Agreements Development Agreements PMC Agreements; -Conveyancing - Buying and selling of properties flats lands -Property Litigation at Bombay High Court, City Civil Court Small Causes Court (not mandatory but preferable); -Has knowledge of registering documents with Registrar and coordinating land title search; -Good Typing speed; -Good drafting skills for litigation as well as non-litigation work. -Knows how to make Right to Information Applications.
