Job Description

    Its an international outbound calling process, soft collections which are reminder calls, same like Customer Service, where you have to maintain Service Level Agreements.Its a dynamic 1000 seater process which is a decade old and amongst the very few largest processes in Mumbai.Art of a class working environment loaded with all facilities and security of working women. We provide transportation, 2 offs in a week, 8 hours of work, ESI, PF, Insurance, Mediclaim, Accidental Benefits, Cashless Benefits, Tax Relief etc.Skills needed are superb and Fluent English Speaking, those who cannot speak fluent English need not apply. Min Education required is SSC or HSC.Two rounds of interview, VNA and operations with proper assistance provided.Every Tuesday Inductions and Joining.Candidates who have to serve a notice period of more than 15 days need not apply.Salary will be decided by the management according to the last drawn, work experience and interview presentation.
