Key skills required for the job are: Agile Scrum Delivery-L1 (Mandatory) As an AGILE Coach, you are responsible for a combination of facilitation, mentoring, coaching, and training the teams to enable them in Agile and attain a sustainable maturity model. You are expected to be an experienced Agile practitioner who has gone through the process of Agile enablement at a program level and should be able to sustain Agile enablement in an account. You are expected to own some of the core delivery responsibilities of reviewing, monitoring, controling and supporting growth of a portfolio of projects with the objective of delivering them as per the agreed Agile norms. For an Agile Coach the span is 80-100 FTEs. Minimum work experience:> 10 Years Roles & Responsibilities: As a Senior Scrum Master, you are responsible for facilitating multiple Scrum teams. You are accountable for removing impedimentsto the teams to achieve the sprint goals/deliverables. You are expected to ensure that Scrum process is used as intended.
