Job Description

Minimum of 12 to 15 years of progressively increasing responsibility in HR leadership role , preferably some experience with a diversified Group. Should be in the age group of 34 to 38 years.Must be a professional of unquestionable integrity , credibility , and character.Strong visionary with proven leadership qualities.Should have fair understanding of Business Strategy.Should be empathetic with ability to help others to grow and develop.Preferably should have experience of dealing with IR matters. Should be adept at using modern technology. Should have good written and verbal expression in English. Ability to communicate in Marathi is not a must but will be preferred. Role Kohinoor is a diversified Group and is looking for Asst. General Manager for its Corporate Office. He will work closely with the Group Companies for execution of strategic functions of HR. to achieve Group objectives and contribute to its growth. He will report to VP HR and Admin Corporate Office.Overall Responsibilities : Coordination of HR functions of Group companies.Be an ally in strategic planning and growth.Formulate HR strategy for the Group.Laying down Group HR policies and vetting of policies of Group Companies.Formulate and execute Talent Management strategy.Planning and Execution of Training and Development of Senior and Middle level managers.Execution of all HR functions with respect to middle and senior management in conjunction with the Group Companies.Mentoring and guiding HR teams of Group Companies.Promote organization values and culture. Act as Super Administrator for HRIS system of the Group.,
