Develop strategies and lead to achieve Birla Cellulose fibers growth through Mens wear category in major textile Domestic Hubs / market centers in India thru Value chain link End Consumers Labels innovation support through R&D and establishing new products & markets in Mens wear categories.Achieve Business development targets for Mens wear category by widening the adoption base through Value Chain partners- Map major Metros for leading labels, mass wholesale & already known contacts .Shortlist labels and their marketing channels based on the objectives and in line with the business strategy- Plan and execute business growth opportunities with the front end labels and link value chain including the wholesalers, retailers at front end, and up to yarn manufacturers at back end.Achieve incremental business development volumes in Mens wearIdentify Interested Partners in Mens wear Category and Work with them to Create a LIVA cobranded Label- Introduce the Label Partners to the Support which can be provided by us.- Update and introduce them to the USP of our product in all the aspects like Technical/ Commercial/ Market/ & Consumer Perspective - Work with them to increase the Share of BC Fabrics in their rangeFocus on development of systematic plan of New Product development & adoption through Value chain partners/ TRADC- Develop and promote prototypes in Mens wear involving TRADC SCM design team where needed to have products with viscose modal excel and their blends - Perfect the prototypes involving value chain till labels and promote till retail.- Lead the growth in Mens wear category through funnel approach and increase the adoption.- Understanding the Business Model and creating a database for Labels Manufacturing Mens wearTo lead awareness creation Projects to deliver Longterm Value to Business- Design and execute the plan for mass awareness through Digital, co-branding, media ads, hoardings, catalogues, in shop ads.- Work with design and branding team in the area of Mens wear .- Communicate feedback, market research for usage and attitudes of Mens wear categories.- Execute buyer seller meets, and awareness creation through seminars workshops for mass promotion - Lead Spunshades initiatives for Uniform/Trouser Markets - Identify Players & ProgressFollow up and measure progress post eventsMIS and reporting- Creating meaningful MIS and reports as per defined frequency for reporting and analysis- Market intelligenceInputs in Annual planning and budgeting exercise, Education - MBA - Marketing & BE TextileMinimum 12 to 14 years of work experience.
