Job Description

    JOB DESCRIPTION.1. Candidate will be based at corporate office of Top Ranking Pharmaceuticals Company and will be responsible for handling Corporate, Field and Plant HR, proactively supporting their Corporate, Field and manufacturing units in different parts of India.2. He will be responsible for effective and timely handling requirement for various Field and Plant location from Head office, Performance management / Annual increment of Plant location and IT/ HRIS Implementation at all location.3. He will be also responsible for effective Contract Labour Management, IR and Legal matters and dealing with Government and local agencies.4. He will be also responsible for handling Corporate, Field and Plant HR at Head Office.5. Candidate with less experience can apply for HR Executive / Assistant Manager Position.Candidate Required Profile.1. Preferable Science / Pharma Graduate , MBA in HR.2. Having12 to 15 years of experience in handling plant HR supporting 5 to 6 manufacturing units for all there requirement in Talent Acaquation / Recruitment / Performance Management, Training and Development, HR It Software Implementation.3. He should also have good experience in handling contract labour management at Plant Level, Legel and IR Matter and Dealing with Government small and local agencies/ Authorities.4. He will be also responsible for handling Corporate HR at Head Office.5. Candidate with less experience can apply for HR Executive / Assistant Manager Position.,
