Job Description

    - Cost Estimation, project budgeting, quantification and review of BOQ - Responsible for scheduling of the project and co-ordination between all discipline of engineering, project consultant and other concerned functions for completion of the project in totality with special focus on schedule, cost, quality, safety standards.- Review the progress and quality of project deliverables on a regular basis to ensure On-Time Delivery- Deciding strategies for project implementation within required parameters- Define communication plans for projects- Evaluate/Identify Resource, determine work of team members - Review of technical specifications.- Review of technical bid evaluations- Formation of installation, testing & commissioning procedures- Provide leadership and direction to a team of project engineers - Drive the performance evaluation process for the team and Create a performance driven team- Understand and handle statutory requests for Projects- To integrate latest manufacturing technology from Co. and from other sources- To initiate measures for augmenting production and productivity of plants- To provide technical and managerial guidance to third party vendors- To initiate measures for saving of energy and other utilities in manufacturing processes- To optimize utilization of land available at plant locations- To ensure compliance with relevant laws of the land and corporate governance in the matters under this positionRequirements : -1. BE / B TECH- CHEMICAL/MECHANICAL, Have handled engineering / project for at least 2 projects .2. Should have good understanding of various engineering standards , quality , safety requirements during engineering and construction3. Should have good understanding of engineering process for projects 4. Should have good awareness of statutory requirements for projects.5. Should have very good knowledge of SAP .,
