Job Description

    Duties and ResponsibilitiesAuthority:To manage the P & L of the organization and ensure the business is managed in compliance with statutory requirements/ethical standards.Strategy: Plan, develop, lead, and direct the execution of strategies to achieve organizational goals. Align with Vision, Mission, and Values. To maintain and enhance reputation in the marketplace and withassociates/stakeholders.Finance & Accounts: To set and follow the budget plan and report to management on the developments to ensure working capital is amicably managed and MIS is obliged. Collaborate with the finance function for effective financialmanagement for the business unit.Human Resource Planning:Set the right JD matrix and then select the right experienced personnel according to staffingrequirements. Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team to ensure that the business strategy and activities are implemented effectively and consistently. Ensure the remuneration structure is competitive following the market trends and monitoring performances as per the organizations structure.4.4.Create a culture of operational best practices and continuous improvement.Business Development:Develop business plans for Current & New business segments as deemed fit. Identify business threats and opportunities. Seek out opportunities to increase collaboration with Principals and find ways to contribute to the success of the organization.Supplier Relationship- Principle development/management:Regular communication and updates to suppliers.6.2.Engage and participate in supplier visits.6.3.Build long-term supplier partnerships.Customer Relationship:Visit key customers. Ensure service level in accordance with customer expectations.Qualifications / Experience Graduate / Post Graduate in any Chemical field.MBA from a reputed institution would be an advantage.Minimum 15+ years experience in a B2B industry with 5+ years of experience in leadership roles managing teams in multiple segments.International experience in managing principals, and customers with market knowledge. (Export base would be of advantage).
