Job Description

  • Drive overall change strategy for AIML
  • Plan work reception which includes ideation, use case understanding, prioritising initiaitves
  • Lead and implement nWoW for AIML team
  • Manage nWoW processes around refinement forums, monthly performance review, quarterly performance review etc
  • Cost planning, management and recharges for AIML team
  • Benefit management for AIML team
  • Lead and manage PMO activities including clarity, records management, information classification etc
  • Lead and manage RCSA implementation for AIML team
  • Lead and manage implemented controls against each applicable Risks
  • Lead a team to execute tasks
  • Executive reporting on AIML initiatives
Our Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor s and/or advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Informatics, Information Systems, or other related fields.
  • Basic awareness about machine learning .
  • Ability to convert business strategy into action- oriented objectives and measurable results
  • Ability to develop and manage a budget.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in Agile way of working and tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, Slack etc)
  • Comfort with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements
Qualification
  • Graduation with any degree, MBA
  • Project Management certifications if any PMP, Scrum etc
  • Experienced in change management
