Job Description

Client onboarding Management - Account Information Group COM/AIG (PROJECT)The Business FunctionThe Client onboarding Management team is responsible for the on-boarding (and managing other initiatives, including asset transitions) impacting Institutional Clients and JPMorgan Funds, primarily in EMEA but also globally. The Team consists of Client onboarding Management Managers, Analysts, Project Managers and the Account Information Group. The purpose of the team is to provide a dedicated and professional Operations product solution and implementation on to our operating platforms. The team interface directly with representatives from Product Development, Investment Desks, Client Account Managers, Overseas Offices, Third Party Vendors, Risk and Control functions.The RoleAccount Information Group (AIG) Account Onboarding & Data AnalystAs an Account Onboarding & Data Analyst you will be responsible for providing a dedicated and professional account information, Analytics & documentation function for the business. Working closely with the Client onboarding Management functions, you will be responsible for facilitating the implementation of new project opportunities and on-going maintenance of new accounts for both Institutional Clients and Funds and mandatory requirements through regulatory change. This is a key role with daily interaction with representatives from various areas of the business from Project perspective.Key Responsibilities

  • Work in partnership with the COM team, ensuring implementation of allocated project work to agreed deadlines
  • To provide coordination services and Data Analytics & Data Validation as proposed by Product leads or Client Account Managers or Client onboarding Managers or AM ops etc.
  • Produce data analysis of account opening data, product specifications, project plans and any other related on-boarding related data/documents as required
  • Issue resolution undertake effective issue management practice, look to resolve initiative delivery issues and escalate to the Project Manager as appropriate
  • Co-ordinate relevant operational tasks and functions required for successful implementation of the initiative
  • All aspects of account set up and on-going maintenance of for both Institutional Clients and Mutual Funds
  • Effective communication with stakeholders internally
  • Regular status reporting of account set-up
  • Managing timelines around all onboarding processes
  • Management of the mailbox
  • Accurate analysis and /or maintenance and communication of investment guidelines
  • Maintenance of account data in PandA
  • Ensure team functional processes and procedures are kept up to date
  • Undertake, manage, and deliver team improvement initiatives
  • Management of vanilla initiatives (i.e. Closures, Hedge Share Class launches)
  • To provide coordination services for new business initiatives as proposed by Product Developers, Client Account Managers and Investment Desks with Client onboarding Management lead
Personal Profile
  • Post Graduate, MBA with minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Services industry or Graduate with 8-10 years of experience in relevant profile
  • Works with stakeholders to clarify and articulate key requirements
  • Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously
  • Detail-orientated and able to manage large data sets
  • Ability to use tech tools like Xceptor/Alteryx/VBAs etc will be preferred.
  • Ability to influence change
  • Good communication skills (oral & written)
  • Methodical and self-disciplined
  • Is able to take ownership and manage a project end to end
  • Ability to identify process improvements and implement appropriate changes
