Job Description

  • Creation of common training calendar at the group level
  • Creation of reports for the L&D Function at the group level
    • Training Execution report
    • Training effectiveness measurement report
    • Any other dashboard part of L&D
  • Liaison with internal stakeholders for designing of training manual and training material.
  • Tracking of budget and timely reporting of budget vs. actual spend
  • Managing training vendors and championing training voucher processing.
  • Creation of post program executive summaries and consolidation of participants action plan and learnings.
  • Conduct the pre and the post surveys for participants attending the training program.
  • Liaison with internal stakeholders for fulfilling the administrative requirements for training
  • Champion the in-house magazine and be the central point of contact for all HR articles.
  • Collaborate with the Unit L&D team for successful implementation of e-learning
  • Manage the basic functionality of LMS system and generate and configure reports from the same.
  • Creation of Learning Catalogue and timely updation of the same
  • Liaison with Units L&D Team
  • Manage the work related to Branding of L&D function
