    Scope of JobKey Deliverables
    • Retail Broadband activation as per AOP
    • Drive KPI Like Arpu/Churn/FOS Attrition
    AccountabilitiesKey activitiesOverall goals / Typical measures- FOS Monitoring Field- PR with Key Building People like Manager/Secretary/Chairman.- Hire New FOS/Hiring to meet required Productivity- FOS Productivity- Increase business from same building- FOS Headcount in Field as per approved AOP/monthly targetSkills / QualificationsKey capabilitiesSkills & abilities- Min 1 Year as Manager in Direct/Retail Sale with Proven record.- Constant Field Presence to Monitor FOS activates- Data analysis to understand which area/building business can be extracted from ( Basic Excel knowledge required )- Communication in English/Hindi/Marathi and should be able to deliver in High Pressure situation- LCO Handling Skill.- Confident/Social Boldness and should not hesitate if required to make cold calls to close prospects lead .- Ability to understand Broadband Jargons-Expected years of experience
    • Min 5+ Year in Direct sales and Min 1 Year experience as Manager handling a team size of => 20
