Job location Marine Lines.Duty Time 10 A.M. to 7 P.M. ( 6 Days a week - 2nd and 4th Saturday off)Education: Graduate plus Diploma in Labour Law or Master in Labour Law (Full time or Part-time)Experience Minimum 5 Years.Monthly Payroll Processing - online software & Preparation of Post Payroll & Compliances Reports (HR Metrics)Responsible for statutory compliance (TDS, Gratuity, ESIC, PT, PF etc).Validation of all input (Attendance, Leaves, Salaries) before starting salary process.Processing accurate & error free salary of employees.Responsible for compensation and benefits administration.Coordinate with Accounts team for salary processing.Managing leave and attendance records.Shops and Commercial Establishments Act (S&E)The Payment of Gratuity Act-1972ESI monthly & Bi- Annual returns declaration of employee to ESI, issuing Temporary & Permanent ESI cards, Grievance matters related to ESI.Compliance Assessment.Monthly reports to Accounts Head & Head-HR on major statutory compliance & violations, if any
