Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

  • Evaluate and track business performance against various financial and non- financial parameters
  • Prepare sales review presentations and competition analysis
  • Support customer service operations/escalations
  • Manage markups and fare rules for the market
  • Price benchmarking and competitor analysis
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for airline promotional activities
  • Creating competitive pricing strategy and price lists for the product line
  • Define performance metrics, benchmarks and reporting requirements to satisfy business needs
  • Streamline processes, increase efficiencies and reduce costs
  • Identify and address gaps in content within the search results
  • Managing group requests

Desired Candidate :

  • 4- 6 years experience with an airline or OTA in a Business Development and/or Analytics role
  • Advanced levels of computer literacy with extensive knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Should be meticulous & analytical in approach
  • Ability to work under pressure
