We are hiring for the profile for AM- Tele CollectionQualification- GraduationDesignation- AM- Tele-collectionCTC-7.25 lpaExperience- atleast 4 years Location- Mumbai-RahaleSummary:Primary objective is to supervise and manage Tele collections team & to deliver continuous results, drive improvement through initiatives, identify gaps and fix them.Job Responsibilities:Should be able to manage the day to day planning, Operational challenges, problem-solving of at eamo fagents.To ensure service level components, Standards and targets, Should be able to develop the team, to ensure delivery of a consistently superior customer experience by highly knowledgeable.Delivery of team collection targets, service level components, quality and productivity targets & indicators. People Management, including all HR relate issues, as well as staff development.Operational Management: Managing the floor, adherence to schedule.Call monitoring, coaching and feedback, responsible for delivery of the defined customer experience in every call.Training and development of staff, Motivation, leadership for a team Leaders agents and developing future leaders.Recommendations for product and process development base don customer feed back and analysis of the same.Compiling reports on team performance and customer feedback.Work very closely with team members to solve customer problems.Desired Profile:Graduate, with minimum 4years of experience in team handling and minimum 1 year at AM level.Experiencein Tele-Collections/Outbound/OperationsBPOcollectionsAutomated Dialer Knowledge is must(Genesis/Avaya/aspect etc )Computer literacy: internet, email, MS Excel, MS Power Point.Salary6 Lac 50 Thousand To 7 Lac 50 Thousand P.A.IndustryITES / BPO / KPO / LPO / Customer Service / OperationsWork Experience4 - 10 YearsQualificationOther Bachelor Degree,
