Job Description

The ACT Analyst will be part of a unique cross-functional initiative at Dasra, where he/she will be responsible for supporting the team on key projects, build partnerships with diverse stakeholders including funders, non-profits, and support on maintaining and managing centralized financials for the Collaborative.

This role is a unique opportunity for someone with a passion for creating social change.

Areas of Responsibility:

Stakeholder Management and Business Development

Assisting the funder engagement team in managing key donor relationships; managing all related documentation .

Support business development, and create proposals to bring further funders into the Collaborative

Financial Management

Assist with the creation and management of centralized budgets for the Collaborative, tracking utilization against funder line items, supporting the creation of budgets for independent work streams.

Knowledge Management

Undertaking secondary research for internal memos, new business proposals, research reports and white papers

Tracking developments in the sector and keeping abreast of issues

Supporting the production of sector-focused collaterals for road shows, conferences and meetings with external stakeholders

Project Management, Tracking Reporting

Support in pulling together project management systems and tracking of deliverables against the Annual Project Plans.

Support the creation of project plans and management against those plans for individual work-streams

Coordinating with internal teams on timely completion of deliverables

Tracking reporting requirements across internal teams for external reporting purposes

Documenting and updating records of key relationships and activities using Salesforce

Recording and updating minutes of meetings

Desired Attributes, Skills and Experience

We are looking for someone who is dynamic, highly energetic with proven time management skills and ability to work without a high level of supervision in relatively fluid work environment.

Skills and Experience

A minimum of 1 year s work experience

Bachelor s degree is required, master s degree a plus

Excellent verbal written communication skills

Excellent Interpersonal team working skills

Strong problem-solving, analytical and presentation skills

Strong work discipline, especially when it comes to meeting deadlines

Passion to work in social sector and make a difference

Highest standards of integrity, ethics and professionalism

Passion for building a movement for adolescents and recognizing the importance of a cross-sector development approach.

Ability to perform routine tasks independently, scheduling and setting individual priorities and timelines, and handling a number of tasks simultaneously
