Job Description

    Analyst - Credit FundA Leading credit fund is looking for an Analyst for their portfolio.Roles and Responsibility:Partnering Business Management Team:1. Enable effective business performance analysis of the fund on an ongoing basis :- Ensure each business has a set of sharply defined metrics,- support CEO/CFO in co-creating KPIs where required2. Prepare and present portfolio company/s performance on a monthly/quarterly basis at the internal forums, For e.g,:- Deal Team / Review Meetings- Advisory Board- Valuations- LP Decks- Competition Benchmarking- Review of audit committee / board minutes3. Work with Business Partner / Co to achieve Max Potential to business.4. Assist the internal teams with Exit preparations, including diligence, valuation related support.5. Work with Business Partner in 3rd party research - identifying bureaus / other data points and execution of projects. Project Management:- Ensure end to end accountability of respective stakeholders and highlight issues proactively.- 100 day planning and implementation for new investments made.- Any other project as per the priority for each Company.ONLY CAs apply,
