About Trusts and EstatesThe Global Trusts & Estates Practice is an integral part of the services we offer to clients. With over 200 years of experience in serving as a corporate fiduciary for families, it is important that our Trusts and Estates services are delivered by the most capable people with technical experience as well as the ability to interact well with a variety of types of families and individuals.Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic individual with a keen interest in understanding various aspects of the Trusts & Estates business and delivering exceptional results to join our Trusts & Estates team in Mumbai, India as an Analyst. The Procedures Specialist and Analyst are responsible for supporting the Global Trusts & Estates Practice on the development, maintenance, and annual review process of resource documents (procedures, job aids, letters, forms, etc.) in partnership with subject matter experts.Key Responsibilities:Create and maintenance resource documents based on technical enhancements, regulatory changes, and/or business process changes as a result of projects and/or annual content reviews.Facilitate annual content reviews of resource documents.Partner with the Global Head of Trusts & Estates Procedure Governance and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to accomplish resource document creation, updates, and content reviews.Meet with SMEs, as needed, to understand and acquire knowledge about a procedural change to ensure content accuracy.Provide assistance in managing specific system access, as needed.Ensure resource documents are accurate, clear, and meet the needs of the Global Trusts and Estates Practice and the Global Trusts and Estates Procedures Governance standards.Essential Skills & Experience:Bachelors degree (required)3+ years of experience in financial services industry with exposure to various aspects of managing client information Familiar with the Singapore Trust Co. Act, Trustee Statute Law of the Bahamas, Reg 9 Fiduciary Activities of National Banks, Uniform Trust Code, Uniform Probate Code, Uniform Fiduciary Income and Principal Act, and non-Fiduciary obligations that may be applicable, i.e., all IRS regulations that fall under Title 26 Internal Revenue (preferred)Technical Skills: Proven experience in the development and maintenance of resource documents (required)Strong technical writing background (required)Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) (required) and Adobe AcrobatFamiliarity of the internal JPM Wealth Management procedure template and standards (preferred)Basic knowledge of using internal JPM systems: SCRIBE, Connect, Document Tracking System, and ACES (preferred)Experience and interest in working with data and systems, understanding how various components of data work together, ability to interpret and translate information in emails/docs into dataProblem Solving/Risk Management: Takes initiative, decisive, accountable, exhibits critical analysis and judgment; ability to identify gaps in resource document content; ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously and execute successfully; ability to navigate various systems and documents to problem solveTeamwork/Personal Effectiveness: Strong time management skills, organization, adaptability, and attention to detail; highly motivated and results-oriented; high degree of initiative, self-direction, and ability to work independently as well within a team; implements requests with a sense of urgency and a get it done attitudeCommunication Skills: Clear and concise written and verbal communicationsInterpersonal Skills: Ability to develop relationships with colleagues within the team in India and the Global Trusts & Estates PracticePrevious experience working in Wealth Management and/or the Trusts & Estates business a plus,
