Job description:JOB SUMMARY (a few sentences) This role is part of Survey Solutions and Analytics team. The Analyst will work on questionnaire design, survey programming, administration and reporting using various tools like, Confirmit, Qualtrics, etc. The role demands the individual to have an eye for detail, understanding of survey tool, Confirmit / Qualtrics, hands-on experience of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint and ability to work on reporting and analysis of data. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (BULLETS) End to End execution of Online Survey, Reporting and related activities, using various online survey tools. Work / Execute on assigned projects - deliver as per client requirements (quality parameters and timelines) End to End Accountability of work / projects assigned Manage medium to high complexity projects independently Liaison with stakeholders for required inputs to enable execution of defined project. Guides fellow team members in projects and assists in development of expertise in the team. Learn new skills and build expertise to stay current. Look at ways to improve efficiency of processes Understand and learn tools and processes required to deliver projects BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (BULLETS) Degree in IT/Computer Application PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (BULLETS) 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in Survey Programming Good to have experience in survey data analysis Proficiency in Confirmit / Qualtrics survey tool. Good to have Confirmit reporting (Reportal) tool. Communication (Written & Oral) excellence in English. Ability to work in teams. Proficiency on MS Excel, MS word and Power Point.
