Job Description

  • Work closely with Regional MIO stakeholders to deliver on the Agent Bank / FMI alternate Market Infrastructure Oversight program assisting on response reviews on TPO questionnaires to Agent Bank / FMI including Technology, Due Diligence Questionnaire, Attestation, Know Your Agent and Final Assessment.
  • Assist in completion of KYC on JPMC owned entities by executing Inbound KYC requests.
  • Ensure reporting of and follow up with relevant stakeholders on disposition of Negative News received for Cash/Securities and FMIs.
  • Validation of FMI TPO documentation uploaded on the SharePoint for accuracy & relevance.
  • Support Change Management initiatives like OTM workflow design, Symphony rollout, evaluator notes upload, etc to contribute to process improvement goals
  • Testing of functionalities on GMI applications for ensuring system improvement goals are met.
  • Use time effective and repeatable MIS processes for analysis and review of data available between various applications used within GMI group and produce relevant metrics to summarize the analysis
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • CIB and/or Business Analyst experience preferred.
  • Strong change management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment.
  • LOB and business process and procedures knowledge
  • Subject matter expert within function
