Job Description

    Troubleshoot and perform all necessary repairs/renovations to the apartments under renovation, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electricalOversee and complete unit and building renovations according to scope and by direction of Property Manager and site ownershipEnsure resident requested service orders are completed on a timely basis if support is needed by Maintenance SupervisorOversee and manage the maintenance renovation budgetManage and train the Renovation Technician staff effectivelyAssures that officers receive appropriate training, developing them in both technical and professional skillsGreet prospects and qualify by covering all criteria (ask questionsImmediately record all telephone and in-person visits on appropriate reportsInspect models and available market readyDemonstrate community and apartment/model and apply product knowledge to clients needs by communicating the features and benefits
