Job Description

What you will doThe primary responsibility for this role is to manage pre-sales/post-sales engineering for Building Automation System global projects as per country specific standards. Develop, manage team of delivery managers, project leads and team members to support regional engineering activities. Maintain project quality, on time delivery and manage escalations. Should handle multiple regions/engineering scopes with delivery managers, total team of 30-50 peoples. Drives innovation and continuous improvement, Mentor and monitor performance of team and individual team members.How you will do it

  • Co-own business performance targets for region along with Account management counterpart and ensure that revenue/sales targets are met.
  • Expand the JC Branch engagement
  • Analyze region-wise business performance and upkeep organizational design to meet business needs
  • Manage relationship between JC branch customers and India CoE for ease of business
  • Resource capacity allocation between different delivery teams in region
  • Drive operational excellence and reviews for team.
  • Implement customer segmentation model; apply individual quality standards and work processes by different customer segments
  • Drive continuous process to develop the knowledge, skills and capabilities of individuals, teams and organizations to develop and deliver organizational strategy, plans and objectives.
  • Manage account receivables
  • Build positive and productive working relationships with customers for business growth
  • Perform resource allocations to projects according to delivery requirements and ensure optimum utilization of team
  • Ensure that team maintains high level of competence and operational excellence
  • Drive project reviews & ensure highest quality on all deliveries
  • Performance management and evaluation of performance of the team by providing continuous feedback on set goals, expectations, and achievements
  • Mentor the team members and ensure they met competency target and organization expectations.
  • Drives innovation and continuous improvement to form high performance culture in team.
What we look for
  • BE/ME (Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronics / Electronics & Communication).
  • Strong knowledge of BMS architecture with different types of Operator workstations, Supervisory Controllers, DDC controllers, Sensors & Actuators etc.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems like Chilled Water System, Cooling Towers, Primary & Secondary pumping systems, Hot Water System, Different types of AHUs, FCUs, VAV systems etc. along with the knowledge of network protocols like BACNet, LON, Modbus, OPC, and other protocols.
  • Experience in engineering, installing and commissioning of HVAC/BMS/industrial systems for infrastructure projects like pharmaceuticals, airports, commercial buildings, hospitals.
  • Must be a quick learner & should have a keen eye for problem solving.
  • Should be good in people management and team management.
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to demonstrate good leadership skills.
  • Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices. Formulate strategic and operational objectives
  • Manage and forecast revenue and sales
  • Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
