        • Key Responsibilities : Manage a technical team for L1, L2 L3 support for LMS and LOS Interaction with cross functional and technical team support/monitoring /developer to ensure uninterrupted support Manage third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of daily assigned cases Measuring project performance against agreed SLA and implement service improvement plans Proactive Risk Management to minimize potential risks Strong analytical and interpersonal skills Ability to work with discipline in 24 x 7 x 365
        • Technical Experience : Must have 5-8 years of experience in supporting Finnone LMS CAS applications Must have hands on experience in Loan Origination System Loan Management Processing System Should have worked in FINACLE core banking project Should understand technology like Java, Net, IIS, PL SQL, XML, PHP etc
      • Professional Attributes : Must have strong functional exposure in both Commercial Retail Lending life cycle from sanctioning- disbursement till closure Must understand Loan Origination System Loan Management Processing System Must have in-depth functional knowledge of Home Loan, Auto Loan, Personal Loan, Credit Card Loan
