Concessionaire/Plaza and POS user On boarding. Bug Tracking and Error Reporting. Installation & Commissioning and maintenance of TMS, HTMS & ETC dedicated and ETC hybrid lane. NPCI process of bank onboarding experience for ETC Tag payment system, which includes process of reloading tag which enables automatic deduction of toll charges. Understanding of Tags is linked to a prepaid account represented by bank from which the applicable toll amount is deducted. The tag employs Radio-frequency Identification (RFID) technology and is affixed on the vehicles windscreen after the tag account is active. Banks process of integrating their systems with toll plaza operators for the purpose of acquiring transactions happening on the ETC lanes. Understanding of integrating system with NPCI s ETC system [ETC Switch and ETC Mapper] to facilitate the toll fare calculation. Coordinating with different lines of services with SLA. Ticket Status Check and Update & Incident Escalation and Progress Monitoring. Monitoring and Analysis of Application and generate reports and share with the team and client. Resolve application related issue which raised by various teams such as operation team, Client IT team, customers and maintain them in issue tracker (Open,Closed,Pending) Testing of new modules in UAT environment also perform some deployments on client side Generate scripts to retrieve data from backend on basis of client requirement,
