Creation of separate data warehouse for Accounts & finance department. The sources of the data will be from various departments i.e COPS, HR, and Collection MIS. At current volumes, working on excels has become very time consuming. Regular monthly activity will include Prepare of receivables at Agreement level with various support details Verifying of interest calculation & NFI calculation at agreement level. This is almost impossible in current setup. This will enhance the control over proper income booking in LMS. Better cost allocation in preparation of branch profitability. Preparation of RBI returns directly from SQL. This will reduce the dependency on EXCELs for RBI returns. Preparation of Monthly Asset liability in MISMATCH. Automation of monthly interest calculation. Currently the calculation is done manually. Building of front end for NCD, CP & Sub-debt Master. This is also currently managed in excel sheet. Calculation of amortization of upfront fees/Cost at agreement level for the purpose of INDAS. Currently the same is done in excel & at the portfolio level. In future, it will be required at agreement level. Preparation of hypothecation statement required to be submitted directly in SQL. If required, assisting the MIS team for derivation of PD LGD in SQL. Preparation of other need based MIS.,
