Roles and responsibilities B.E./ B.Tech. in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics with good knowledge in Mechatronics concepts.4 - 6 years work experience in PLC programming, Robotics programming, CNC programmingMotivated & detailed oriented individual with Good problem solving skills, Excellent Communication & Customer interfacing skills, Influencing skills and Good Application knowledgeThe role involves frequent Travel to Customer locationsRequired Candidate profileJob Requirements: Understanding the requirements of the Customers and help Sales team by proposing solutions to the customers for the promotion of products and contribute to the success of different projects in various industriesPropose solutions for integrating our robots into fully automated systems along with automation components (Vision system, PLC, conveyor, safety devices etc.) Assist our customers towards the use, programming and integration of Robots either onsite or offsite (Advice, feasibility, study, real tests, trainings etc) Promote and support the range of software solutions (industry specific teaching interface, conveyor tracking, PC simulation software etc.) Follow up on automation projects & customersParticipate in the design and implementation of demonstration system and participate in automation related exhibitions.Regularly communicate with Headquarters to receive support or provide feedbackParticipate to the application hotline.Manage accounts with respect to the needs of customer and sorting their issues. Providing right solutions to cater the needs.,
