Job Description

  • Track and action the Support tickets logged by client on the Company Support Alias
  • Validate the Severity of the tickets raised
  • Ensure that the tickets are addressed within the SLA with client
  • Work with BA and Development teams to perform RCA
  • Work with client BAs to prioritize the bugs raised to be picked up under the AMS track in the sprints
  • Co-ordinate on the release management of the fixes in UAT & Production
  • Provide a report on the bugs open v/s bug resolved on a periodic basis as well as in the Review meetings with client.
Candidate Requirement:- Must have IT degree and technical knowledge
