Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Broking application and database support & maintenance experience.
  2. Maintain and manage BAU for application assigned independently.
  3. Proficient in handing and understanding Omnesys application, linux, windows & databases (MSSQL & MySQL)
  4. Manages day to day operational aspect of application support.
  5. Support production issues. Perform RCA and identify solution for customer complaints and issues.
  6. Should have sound knowledge of change, incident & problem management
  7. Reviews necessary health check and monitoring reports and act appropriately.
  8. All issues and requests are properly tracked and periodic updates with follow-up. All issues and requirements are closed in a timely and efficient manner.
  9. All the relevant documents for application support BAU are kept up to date.
  10. Capability of highlighting risk to management on time.
  11. Willing to work in shifts.
  12. To conduct DR/ BCP for critical application half yearly.
  13. Lead internal team or task force.
  14. Complies with and help to enforce standard procedures and policies.
