Application Support Analyst

Job Description

The role is of an Applications Support Analyst having the skills mentioned in this profile. The responsibilities include and not limited to investigation and resolution of Application User Queries, Incident and Problem Management and Production Ownership of the global or regional Applications. The candidate is expected to identify and convert DevOps and Automation opportunities. The role also includes keeping an overall higher system hygiene, stability and resiliency as a Production Owner. The role is based in Mumbai and will involve rendering responsibilities as part of a global team. Qualification BE/B.Tech/MCA with 4-8 years of proven experience in production support function as L1/L2/L3Required Skills Global and Direct Custody business. Proven experience on Automation and DevOps is highly preferred. (2) Hands On experience on Oracle SQL, Shell Scripting, Monitoring tools (like Geneos, Dynatrace), Scheduling Tools viz Autosys, Control-M, Middleware Technologies like MQ, QPID (3) Good understanding of Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes (4) Knowledge of relevant businesses such as Custody (5) Knowledge of Cloud Computing is preferred (6) Knowledge of Bancs Product preferred (6) ITIL framework knowledge is preferredOur Corporate & Investment Bank relies on innovators like you to build and maintain the technology that helps us safely service the world s important corporations, governments and institutions.
