Job Description

    Hands on Experience in Debugging Application Code and APIs.
    • Hands on Experience in SQL.
    Hands on Experience Dot Net and MVC Skill (
    • Support all online application deployments, configuration, and troubleshooting support ensuring 24/7 uptime.
    • Conduct ongoing troubleshooting and testing of web applications to resolve all reported issues with applications.
    • Work with infrastructure and application vendors in proactively reviewing, updating, and resolving customer cases assigned to Level 2 support.
    • Work with ticketing systems to respond to issues and queries.
    • Operational support for generation of relevant data files, reports, prints etc. in daily operations.
    • Take support calls from branches/ L1 Support team.
