Job Title: Application Support Engineer Financial Services - MumbaiPurpose of Job:Assist with Application Support, Business Analysis for applications involved in Digital Transformation of the company business from conventional lending and paper-driven execution to digital process. Align with Digital vision and implementation roadmap of future state digital technology, content management, analytics & cloud native solution architectures. Be an active team member assisting with maximization of digital transformation initiatives by adoption of robotic process automation (RPA) & intelligent process automation (IPA) for integration of digital technology into all areas of a business via technology adoption, data gathering, process definition, and organizational change. Support enhancements to existing business process, leverage tools, frameworks, platforms to increase adoption of digital platform company-wide.Job ResponsibilityUnderstand existing applications in use within the company and align with business teams and vendors Implement and advise automation routines as per business requirements Support with timely and defect free delivery on project activities Help testing product functionality delivered by technology implementation partners Willingness to work from any company office and travel to field as necessary Experience working on the Core Lending solutions, Ancillary lending solutions Preferred Knowledge/Experience of tools for digital transformation - Preferred
Key Skills: Key Skills: Work experience with Omnifin Lending Solution, Uno Lending Solution Preferred Understanding of Sprints, Product Backlog & Agile / Iterative methodology Preferred Experience with one programming language, RPA, AI/ML technologies/frameworks Preferred Knowledge of BI reporting, analytical tools, data modelling and data visualization tools PreferredMandatory: Knowledge of SDLC, BRD, FSD, Wireframe creation Experience working in App. Support for BFSI applications Mandatory Experience working with Banks/NBFCs/Fintech companies Mandatory Experience with Word, Powerpoint, Excel, tracking & collaboration tools Mandatory Knowledge of any one or more Loan Origination, Loan Management, GA/GL Systems, Collection Solutions, Payment Solutions, BFSI Mobile Applications etc. Mandatory
