Managing software implementation projects and software support operations Should have handled a implementation / support team in responsible to provide support to external customers Ability to analyse problems and take corrective and preventive actions Knowledge of RDBMS like Oracle, SQL Server and hands on experience on PL/ Sql, Transact/ SQL Knowledge of Web application techologies like .Net, Asp, Ajax, Web 2.0, including knowledge of at least one programming language like VB.Net, C#, ASP, ASP.Net Experience in preparing solution documents Excellent communication skills, client interaction skills and experience in dealing with technical client representatives Total relevant experience 4- 7 Years Knowledge of HRMS and Payroll domain will be an added advantage.
