  • BSC IT,MCA,BE/Btech /Training in software development
  • 3-5 years of experience
Skills & Required:
  • Expertise in SQL 2008 And Above
  • basic knowledge of vb.net
  • understand complex technical concepts.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Design, create, and implement database systems based on the end users requirements.
  • Create complex functions,stored procedures and triggers to support application development.
  • Ability to troubleshoot any type of problems.
  • Responsible for technical support to customer onsite, co-ordination with client team and office teams .
  • Also responsible for ticket management, meeting pre-defined SLA and ensuring RCA for tickets.
Mandatory:
  • Hands on experience for technologies.
  • Strong technical knowledge in SQL Server 2008 ,2010
  • Good Communication skills
  • Having exposure to client interaction
