Derivatives and accounting Production Management Team is responsible for provision of applications providing derivative settlement and critical general ledger posting for Cash, Rates, Credit Markets, FX, Money Markets, and Equities businesses.Derivatives and accounting Production Management is responsible for application hygiene and resiliency on which it runs includes investigation and resolution of logged support calls, incident and problem management across the globe. Team also manages execution of release tasks and providing on call support over the weekend.The role also involves owing all application system hygiene and as a production owner ensuring they are resilient. Team will do this in close collaboration with the plan, build and control teams in Core Processing and AD partnersThe role will be based in Mumbai and will involve working as part of a global team that also has representation in Mumbai/Buenos Aries. Work in close collaboration with Core Processing Plan, Build, Operate and Control teams. Work in partnership with Global Technology Infrastructure (GTI) and represent CP on technical forums. Weekend work will be required as well as occasional overnight support. The work will entail providing support coverage during EMEA hours.Key Responsibilities and Typical Duties include the following:To manage and resolve day-to-day production support globally which includes Incident and problem management To update key control systems according to procedure and in a timely manner (within JPM these include Conquest/HPSM, EPV, ITSM)To create and update run book documentation for the supported applications as requiredTo participate in Critical Site Tests for supported applicationsTo assist with project testing when appropriate, especially as related to non-functional requirements.Key skills:Excellent proven problem-solving skillsLogical, able to think outside the boxGood interpersonal and customer-facing skillsStrong written communication skillsFlexible, co-operative and resilientAble to work effectively under pressure and frequently changing prioritiesFlexible to attend APAC and EMEA rotational shift and weekend release tasks1) Strong 5 to 9 years of experience on application support stream for distributed or open systems applications related to Global and Direct Custody business. Proven experience on Automation and DevOps is highly preferred.(2) Hands On experience on Oracle SQL, Shell Scripting, Java/J2EE, Monitoring tools (like Geneos, Dynatrace), Scheduling Tools viz Autosys, Control-M, Middleware Technologies like MQ, QPID(3) 5 to 9 years of experience preferred(4) Good understanding of Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes(5) Knowledge of relevant businesses such as Reconciliations(6) ITIL framework knowledge is preferred,
