    Job Title / Designation: Director / SBU Head - Human Capital Solutions / HCM Transformation / Consulting- Culture Analytics, Talent Fit Software, HR Solutions - Mumbai- Semi Entrepreneurial opportunityThe Client (About the Group / Organization) : This operation is a new division / venture focused on AI-based Human Capital / People Productivity solutions / Consulting The initial offering is a cloud / AI-based software for Talent / Culture Analytics, Talent Acquisition & Talent Management leading to Culture & ROI transformation - Enhanced productivity/performance The Group is a constituent member of the Global TOP 40 Executive Search network The Assignment (The Role / Job Description): To independently set up, manage, service and support - the business in the designated geography in India a) Business Development, Sales Service and Coordination as the SBU Head for a defined geographyb) Facilitate enrolment of corporate clients for psychometric self-assessments, talent fit, culture management by pitching directly with the CEOs / Leadership teamsc) Organize and manage service delivery including coordination with the Integration & Implementation teams and Transformation Consultants as and when necessaryd) Market survey to identify potential clients and make a business pitch to the client CEO- se) Deal with senior stakeholders of prospective clients for the coordinationf) Develop & maintain strong relationships with CEOs / CHROs / Sales Directorsg) P & L ResponsibilityThe Person (Candidate Details): A) Experiencei) Around 45 yrs (+/- 5 yrs)ii) Male / Femaleiii) Graduate + MBA preferred.iv) At least 5 years of Division / Regional / P&L head - Sales & Service experience, experience in selling software solutions / HR Solutions- Strong connects with CEO- s/CHROs / Sales Directors v) Exposure to HR and Business Consulting / Assessment analytics / Talent fitment and productivity / Performance enhancement / Transformation / HR Solutions Software / Staffing will be an advantagevi) Managed Business Development as a SBU Head - also New Businesses - B2Bvii) Entrepreneurial experience is highly desirable.B) Competencies :i) People Management skillsii) Excellent Communication Skillsiii) Strong planning, effective coordination, service-oriented, customer-centriciv) Start-up, fast scale up, building a business v) Assertive, Independent Go-getter, high drive & energyvi) ENTREPRENEURIAL Work Experience: From 15 yrs TO 25 yrsJob Location: MumbaiCTC: 18 - 30 lakhs Rewards: Performance linked rewards/revenue/profit share About us One of the leading Executive Search, Selection and Recruitment Research Firms in India.This job opening was posted long time back.
