Job Description

    As an Engagement Manager you will be closely working with the Management Team for practice development, project delivery in Pharma and Healthcare. You will need to work with the project team to provide data-driven and analysis-rich deliverables deriving strategic insights as per the client requirements. Senior Consultants are also expected to assist with business development activities and provide thought leadership. Possess subject matter knowledge to lend additional credibility and add value at all stages and levels.- Work on the strategy consulting assignements- Typically expected to have significant knowledge in one of the centers of excellence (strategy, pricing & market access, brand & commercial excellence, competitive intelligence or HEOR) and be well known in the industry- Will actively oversee the engagements sold by them and/or other engagements being run, and ensure high quality delivery, leading to good client satisfaction scores- Expected to contribute to the enhanced awareness Consulting in the market place, e.g. through speaking engagements, client meetings, publications etc. Expected to proactively continue to strengthen subject matter expertise through on the job experience, participation in conferences and symposiums and other forums for professional knowledge sharing. - Expected to proactively mentor, coach and share subject matter expertise with others to elevate our capabilities to deliver world-class solutions for clients.This job opening was posted long time back.
