Job Description

    Job ProfileGrowth MarketingResponsibilities -- Creating Campaigns in Google ads, Facebook marketing & other online marketing Platforms- Keyword Research & Monitoring- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets- Must be proficient in the English Language- Monitors the latest trends in social media, including advertising formats, channels and technologies in order to improve campaign performance and provide recommendations- Compile data across several platforms and create weekly/monthly reports, including analysis for insights, optimizations and future strategy development- Displays organizational capabilities to track progress, execution and consistency of social advertising campaignsRetention Marketing (Loyalty & CRM)Responsibilities -- Strategizing & executing to improve Key Retention Metrics i.e Repeat Rate, % of Repeat Revenue, Revenue Per Customer, etc.- Analyzing Regular Customer Cohort Performance, both on a product & company level.- Build retention marketing campaigns based on customer segmentation.- Drive User Engagement in Lower Funnels using user engagement platforms- Creating Email, SMS & Push Marketing Strategy & Campaigns to increase repeat rate & overall basket size.- Analyze and track performance - activation, engagement, retention and churn data analyzing experience is required- Have had prior experience of working on retention automation tools like Moengage, CleverTap, Optimove, Klavio etc.- Exhibit the ability to understand user journeys and formulate new & meaningful touchpoints- Exhibit analytical and data driven mindset to measure and improve retentionThis job opening was posted long time back.
