And there s no barrier to your potential career success.HSE Advisor - Job descriptionResponsibilitiesLooking for a meticulous, hard-working and focused professional who has a long track record of identifying probable risks, preventing accidents and implementing safety regulations. Resourceful and extroverted safety professional with 7 to 9 years on hand experience in Safety Management. Expert in Occupational Safety and Emergency Management. Well versed in insuring compliance is adhered to by all persons conductingKEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ensuring compliance with all current legislation, codes of practice and relevant standards. Provide assistance in ensuring the prevention of accidents and incidents. Drive initiatives in managing risks which could cause loss of health, life, equipment, product and environment as well as minimizing the loss of working hours Participate initiative to advise/educate all departments on the risk management system . Contribute towards a positive SHE culture change and ensure the successful functioning and compliance to all relevant legislation. Conduct training and carrying out safety inspections. Keeping up to date with all new legislation and development in H&S and advising the business of any changes. Preparing reports by analysis and summarizing regulatory and compliance data and trends. Perform site audits to monitor the implementation of OHAS Act, Regulation and client requirements. Ensure controls are employed and effective. All reports to be saved and archived Ensure contractor and delivery staff inductions are done periodically Active participation in contractor forums Promote safety awareness to staff and contractors, *
    • Qualification : Engineering Graduate with recognized Safety Diploma
    • Experience : Min. 10 years in HSE field and have adequate knowledge in Chemical Industry
