Focusing on low income customer segment to deliver micro credit,micro deposits, micro insurance etc. Guide & Support 15-20 branches. Capacity development of Product Sales Manager, Unit Manager & Field Supervisor. Business Planning of his branches & achievement of financial goals. Identify gaps / constraints and provide solution to FS/UM/PSM. Anyalise gaps in the portfolio & compliance as well as take corrective measures. Plan for HR recruitment & development of HR including training. Setting of new branches, develop innovative products in Micro Banking. Key Result Areas Growth in revenues Build-up of assets and liabilities for the Bank; Expansion of client base Quality of Asset portfolio-Lower delinquencies Recruit, manage, train and utilise the relationship officers to achieve the business target. Lower attrition rates. High Audit ratings. Reporting of MIS to different stakeholders Key Relationships All New Customers and Branch Staff Competencies Required Education Masters degree in Management or Equivalent B.SC / M.Sc Agri / graduation with experience in Micro Finance / Rural / Agri Banking Knowledge & Skills Track record of business development with significant achievements in the field of micro finance/financial services Min. 6 years experience in micro finance Excellent communication skills in local language/Hindi and English verbal, and written Handling a team Computer proficiency to work with MS Office Nature of Relevant Work Experience Required Sales experience of micro & small enterprise finance will be given due advantage ,
