Over the years the organization has also set its own benchmarks in innovation and has created some revolutionary brands for the Indian market as well.The Organisation is also recognized and is ranked quite high in the - Great Places to Work- .Position : Area Manager - Trade Marketing & Merchandising Reporting to : Regional Manager - Trade Marketing & MerchandisingBased at : Lal Baug, Mumbai, Regional OfficeResponsibilities :- Brand Activation & Visibility Drive. - Display ,POSM and Trade Collateral Management.- Trade Scheme Management & SGA Management. - Trade Engagement - Steering the formulation and implementation of corporate strategies for achievement of top-line & bottom line targets- Developing and implementing competitive selling programs to improve product awareness and enhance growth- Analyzing competition through market information to finalize the marketing elements of existing brands & New Product Launch strategy- Responsible for team training to improve capabilities and ensure that the team becomes proficient & future ready from an execution standpoint- Responsible for implementation of Sales Force Automation across territory - so that the team adopts a higher order of real-time intelligence in managing a dynamic work environment- Liasioning & ensuring information interchange between ground (sales) teams & Marketing and Brand teams in order to further improve our selling proposition in existing products or new launches- Gathering and utilizing consumer / retailer feedback to develop ground-level marketing intelligence for customizing channel marketing - for task force activations, focussed consumer marketing at aggregation points etc- Administering business operations for the profit centre with a view to realize bottomline &revenue targets, while keeping costs under check- Educating new & existing channel partners / distributors towards earning high ROIs with optimum utilisation of assets, increasing retention level, yet not compromise on compliance or service quality norms and resolving their issues to attain high satisfaction& alignment towards the business,
