    • Maintaining and increasing sales of the companys products.
    • Achieve primary / Secondary Sales targets and goals set for area
    • Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base.
    • Increasing business opportunities through various channels to market.
    • Setting individual sales targets for the Sales team.
    • Recruiting and training sales staff.
    • Allocating area to sales representatives.
    • Make sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
    • Monitoring Sales teams performance and motivating them to reach/achieve targets.
    • Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
    • Collect competitor activity and market feedback and reporting the same to the organization
    • Reporting to the manager on a regular basis.
    • Responsible for business growth and managing distributors in the assigned region.
