Roles and Responsibility :
Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to department job Conceptualizing, creating and supervising all 3D creatives for all projects Undertaking task planning allocation among team members. Monitoring project progress as per defined schedules
Participate in development of Brand strategies based on client s vision Actively participate in ideation concept discussions, understand client requirements and project specifications with content and client servicing teams
Accomplish work requirements by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching employees
Improve results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes
Produce illustrative material by assigning layout design concepts to artists and photographers; directing development of design concepts into art layout
Create designs basis production material available
Develop new ideas for every project
Ensure high quality of design output
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
10 + years of relevant experience in an event management company is essential
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Must hold a Bachelor s Degree, Post-graduation
Advanced Certification in Technical Skills, Graphic Design and Social Media
KEY SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
Leadership Skills Advanced skills in applications like 3Ds Max, Autodesk Maya, Eyeon Fusion, Keyshot, Mudbox, etc.
Ability to effectively multi-task and ideate for various campaigns simultaneously Analyze trends, look at new data and keep up with the times
Good decision-making skills to make decisions on final copy, final art and finished commercials
Ability to work effectively with different personalities Strategic planning and effective execution of several projects simultaneously
Ability to flex between hands-on work
Experience managing complex design projects with multiple stakeholders
Strong digital perspective
Strong sense of graphic design and brand visuals
Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize
Ability to perform smooth operations under high stress situations
Fully conversant in using and creating models from architectural plans, sketches and elevations
