    • Proficiency in both written and verbal aspects
    • Understanding and hands on experience on Latest Infra stacks
    • Experience of supporting and managing servers and end user machines
    • Experience in supporting different OS, viz windows, Linux, Unix etc
    • Participates and provide relevant inputs in vendor meetings effectively.
    • Holds regular status meetings with all stakeholders as required
    • Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
    • Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information.
